Dr. Young W. Park holds a position of Professor at Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, GA and Adjunct Professor at University of Georgia, Athens, Georgia, Mongolia International University, Ulaanbaatar, and Mongolia Huree University, Ulaanbaatar, Mong. He has completed his Ph.D. in Food Chemistry from Utah State University, USA. Previously he was appointed as Dairy Technologist at Seoul Dairy-Cooperative, Seoul, Korea, Graduate Assistant at Utah State University, Logan, Utah and University of Minnesota, St. Paul, Minnesota, Research Specialist and Associate Professor at Prairie View A&M University Texas A&M System, Adjunct Professor at Northern Baptist Theological Seminary, Chicago, and Associate Professor at Fort Valley State University, Fort Valley, GA. Dr. Young W. Park received honors includes Outstanding Research Scholar Award by College of Agriculture, Family Sciences & Technology, FVSU, Strathmore’s Whos Who Worldwide Honors, Kraft Foods Teaching Award in Dairy Manufacturing by American Dairy Science Association, Vice Chair in The American Dairy Science Association, Morrison-Evans Outstanding Scientist Award, The First place Scientist Research Paper Award, Outstanding Research Scientist Award, Prairie and many others. He is Editor-in-Chief in Open Journal of Animal Science, Nutritional Science and Food Technology and member of editorial board in Foods and Nutrition Sciences, Frontiers in Food Science & Technology, and Journal of Veterinary Science & Technology. He also served as reviewer for Middle East-Israel Cooperative Proposal of US AID projects, and USDA NRI Research Grants Proposals and reviewer for number of journals. He also delivered number of Invited Presentations and Lectures. He has published 6 books, 32 book chapters, 73 research articles in referred journals, and 176 abstracts in scientific conferences contributed as author/co-author.
